ISKCON - Acquisition of property in Ballygunge

Khaitan & Co advised ISKCON in its acquisition of premium residential property in Ballygunge, Kolkata from Navneel Ispat Pvt Ltd.

The Firm provided the Client with end-to-end advisory and assistance in relation to the acquisition including, due diligence of the property preparing and negotiating the deed of conveyance, sale agreement and other ancillary documentation, ensuring the proper assessment of the applicable stamp duty and registration fees, verification and approval of the deed of conveyance and sale agreement at the registrar’s office; and arranging the execution and the registration process.
