BackKhaitan & Co advised Chalet Hotels Ltd (formerly Chalet Hotels Pvt Ltd) with the acquisition of 100% stake of Seasons Hotels Pvt Ltd owning a 144-room hotel ‘Inder Residency Resort & Spa, Udaipur’ in the state of Rajasthan from its shareholders for a total consideration of approximately INR 171 crores.
The Firm was responsible for the entire deal structing, due diligence of the company and the underlying immovable assets, assessment of material risks and mitigating factors, as well as drafting negotiating and finalising the transaction documents.
