BackKhaitan & Co advised Bain Capital in relation to the formation of a 50:50 joint venture between GSS India Opportunities AIF Scheme I (represented by its fund manager, Bain Capital Advisors (India) Pvt Ltd) and Brigade Enterprises Ltd, to develop and manage a 2 million square feet mixed-use project, comprising of a Grade A office space and a 5-star hotel in Bengaluru.
The Firm assisted with, inter alia, the following aspects: (a) conducting legal and title due diligence; and (b) negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents”
