Khaitan & Co advised the consortium of Oberoi Realty Ltd, Shree Naman Developers Pvt Ltd and JM Financial Properties and Holdings Ltd on the implementation of the NCLT-approved resolution plan and acquisition of Hotel Horizon Pvt Ltd for a total consideration of INR 920 crores.
