How do I become a part of the platform?

You can apply to join the LexFlex panel via this link. Following a review of your profile, we may organize interviews to understand your profile, your expectations, explain our expectations, and a technical round to assess your expertise. The last step of the process would be to speak with your personal references and then onboard you to the LexFlex platform. Once empanelled, we will reach out to you with assignments that we believe meet your schedule preferences and expertise. If it works for you, we kickstart the assignment with you.

Will it be an exclusive arrangement?

We believe in #MatterOfChoice. That translates to not tying you down but giving you the autonomy to decide. We, however, will require you to be exclusive when you accept an assignment as it is crucial for us to manage conflicts and maintain client confidentiality.

Will I get bogged down with bottom of the barrel kind of work?

On the contrary, you will get to work with the most exciting clients with the sharpest colleagues and have cutting-edge support. You will have access to the suite of Khaitan & Co resources and will be part of our community.

Would I have to go to a physical office or can I be completely remote?

You can work from anywhere, be completely remote or use any of our offices to plug in and do your work. Making work convenient for you is our priority.

How can I leverage LexFlex for my career progression?

There will be a wide variety of top-tier clients and work available to you. You will be empowered to have more control over your future with the flexibility to determine your own not-so-linear career path – one that aligns with your aspirations and lifestyle choices. Is this only for non-Khaitan & Co professionals?

This unique offering is essentially for non-Khaitan & Co professionals who are looking at alternate arrangements, outside the confines of traditional law firm structure.

Khaitan & Co professionals can elect to opt to join us as LexFlex consultants for their unique needs and to work from locations where Khaitan & Co does not have physical offices. Such professionals will move to the LexFlex framework, with the ability to transition to a full-time Khaitan & Co structure in the future, subject to practice needs.
