Khaitan and Co advised SoftServe, Inc. in its acquisition of 100% stake in New Vision Softcom and Consultancy Pvt Ltd, along with its wholly owned subsidiary in the United States, New Vision Software, Inc. (together, New Vision Software). The acquisition brings more than 700 employees of New Vision Software into the organization, expands SoftServe’s global footprint, and strengthens SoftServe's ability to support clients across complex transformation initiatives globally. The CEO and COO of New Vision Software, along with the leadership team continue to lead New Vision Software, to ensure continuity for all parties involved.

SoftServe, Inc. is a premier IT consulting and digital services provider, headquartered in the United States (Austin Texas) with European headquarters in Lviv, Ukraine and a presence across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Pursuant to this acquisition, New Vision Software will operate under its current name and brand as a wholly owned SoftServe company.
