BackKhaitan & Co advised Capital Numbers Infotech Ltd (“CapitalNumbers”) on its acquisition of 100% ownership in Epitome Cloud Inc. (“Epitomecloud”) and the indirect acquisition of its subsidiary in India, Epitomecloud Technology Pvt Ltd.
CapitalNumbers Infotech Ltd is a BSE-listed AI and digital engineering company specializing in software development, digital transformation, and technology solutions.
Epitome Cloud Inc. is a technology company based out of New Jersey with a subsidiary in India, Epitomecloud Technology Pvt Ltd. Epitome Cloud Inc. has specialised capacities in enterprise workflow platforms and will complement CapitalNumber’s existing expertise in enterprise transformation technologies.
