BackKhaitan & Co advised Rosendahl Nextrom GmbH in relation to acquisition of TBS Innovation India Pvt Ltd as part of its global acquisition of TBS Engineering, a world market leader for battery equipment, from the Marmon Group. Together with BM Rosendahl brand, which already holds a strong position in the global battery market, Rosendahl Nextrom will become the global market leader for battery manufacturing solutions. For Rosendahl Nextrom, the global acquisition was the largest in the company’s history to date.
