BackKhaitan & Co advised Aditya Birla Renewables Ltd on its acquisition of Sprng Energy from Shell Overseas Investments B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell plc. Valued at USD 1.8 billion, the transaction is among the largest transactions in India's renewable energy sector, reinforcing Aditya Birla Renewables' position in the country's clean energy transition.
