BackKhaitan & Co advised Denso Corporation in connection with strategic joint venture between Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd and DENSO Corporation to establish two joint ventures for developing, designing, manufacturing and marketing advanced electric and hybrid powertrain systems across multiple vehicle segments.
The firm was the Indian counsel for Denso Corporation and was involved in advising on all legal aspects of the transaction including legal due diligence, structuring and documentation.
