BackKhaitan & Co acted as legal advisors to Shree Naman Developers Pvt Ltd in relation to (i) due diligence and acquisition of Gstaad Hotels Pvt Ltd which owns JW Marriott, Bengaluru and Neo Capricorn Plaza Pvt Ltd which owns Crowne Plaza, Pune, in terms of the corporate insolvency resolution process under the IBC for an aggregate consideration of INR 1800 crores and (ii) financing availed for the resolution plan implementation.
