Khaitan & Co advised a hotel owner in relation to the operation and management of a proposed hotel having about 120 keys under the brand of 'Spark by Hilton'. 

The brand 'Spark by Hilton’ is a premium economy hotel brand of Hilton Hotels and is presently licensed for management in India to ‘Olive by Embassy’. This deal marks the entry of Olive by Embassy in the Pune hospitality market.
