Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited - Sale of its residual 26% stake in Kohima-Mariani Transmission Limited

Khaitan & Co advised Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL), as Seller, on the third and final tranche closing for the sale of its residual 26% stake in Kohima-Mariani Transmission Ltd (KMTL) to Apraava Energy Pvt Ltd (formerly CLP India Pvt Ltd), pursuant to the Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreement. This completes KPIL's full exit from KMTL, which now becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Apraava Energy.
