BackKhaitan & Co advised Kaynes Semicon Pvt Ltd (Client) in executing the fiscal support agreement with the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) pursuant to which the Government of India has agreed to extend fiscal support to the Client in setting up of the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test Facility in Sanand, Gujarat.
This strategic fiscal support from the Government of India reaffirms India's commitment to position itself as a key player in the global semiconductor ecosystem.
