BackKhaitan & Co advised Everstone Capital on its partnership with the founding promoters of Apothecon Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd (India) and Navinta III Inc. (USA) involving an investment of approximately USD 270 million for a substantial stake in the combined entity, Apothecon Group — a speciality formulations company with in-house formulations and captive API manufacturing capabilities, and a diversified commercial presence across the United States, Europe and the rest of the world.
The Firm advised on complex cross-border transaction structuring, documentation and due diligence.
