BackKhaitan & Co advised Cornerstone Ventures Partners as lead investor, and Ashra Private Equity Fund (Shepherds Hill Private Equity Trust) as co-investor, in the Series A funding round of Credilio Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd — a UPI-first fintech platform enabling digital distribution of credit products (loans, credit cards) to Tier II and Tier III markets via financial advisors.
The Series A comprised a 100-crores funding round. This round was led by Cornerstone Ventures, with participation from Shepherd’s Hill Private Equity, ESV-Arthya AIF and Roots Ventures, alongside venture debt from Innoven Capital and Alteria Capital.
Credilio operates under the brand novio — a UPI-first fixed deposit-backed credit card app.
