Khaitan & Co advised Choice International Ltd, a leading full-service financial services conglomerate, and Choice Equity Broking Pvt Ltd ("CEBPL"), the broking and wealth management arm and material subsidiary of Choice International Limited, on an equity investment of approximately INR 9000 million (Indian Rupees Nine Thousand Million) by NH Investment & Securities ("NHIS") in CEBPL.

The Firm advised Choice International Limited and CEBPL on all aspects of the deal, including drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and advising on regulatory and corporate law aspects.
