BackKhaitan & Co acted as the Indian legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers i.e., JM Financial Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd and DAM Capital Advisors ltd in the initial public offering of equity shares of Vishvaraj Environment Ltd aggregating upto INR 22,500 million comprising of a fresh issue of INR 12,500 million and offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholder of upto INR 10,000 million.
