BackKhaitan & Co advised TCC Concept Ltd in its acquisition of 95.18% stake in Pepperfry Ltd (“Pepperfry”), India's largest omnichannel furniture and home goods marketplace, from its existing shareholders. Pepperfry is engaged in running a well-known Indian online marketplace for furniture and house décor.
This acquisition has significantly strengthened TCC Concept’s presence in the e-commerce sector and digital marketplace place. It aligns with TCC’s strategy of building technology-enabled consumer platforms.
