Shreejikrupa Hotels and Properties Pvt Ltd holds land at off Andheri Kurla Road & Sahar Road, Andheri, near International Airport, Mumbai and the acquisition is for development of residential / commercial / mixed-use project.
The firm acted as the legal counsel to Sunteck Realty Ltd and advised and assisted them on structuring of the transaction, legal, title and tax due-diligence, and drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of definitive agreements relating to the transaction.
