BackKhaitan & Co advised HomeRun Retail Pvt Ltd in relation to its series A fundraise by way of a primary issuance round led by Sorin Investment Fund, with participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund I, Sparrow Capital, Consumer Collective by Atrium and Helios Holdings.
The firm’s role included assistance with the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents, and other ancillary advise to the company in relation to the transaction.
