Khaitan & Co advised and assisted Sarda Designer Pvt Ltd in its proposed acquisition of 16 premium industrial units at large scale industrial project named 'Regent SME Industrial Park' at Barasat from S.D. Infrastructure & Real Estate Pvt Ltd. The Firm provided the Client with end-to-end advisory and assistance in relation to the acquisition including, due diligence of the property vetting preparing and negotiating the sale agreements and other ancillary documentation.
