RTP Global - Investment in OZi

Khaitan & Co Advised RTP Global SEA Ltd (“RTP Global”) in connection with its ~USD 4.9 million investment as lead investor in a ~USD 6.2 million financing round in Ozi Technologies Pvt Ltd (“OZi”).

RTP Global is a global early-stage venture capital firm investing across USA, Europe and Asia with focus on B2B and B2C technology sector, including AI, B2B SaaS, devOps, fintech, ecommerce and retail, health, edtech, climate, and transport. Since 2000, RTP Global has backed hundreds of founders including the minds behind billion-dollar tech companies like Datadog, Delivery Hero and Cred.

OZi is a private company engaged in development and licensing of the online platforms (including web page and mobile application ‘OZi’); trading in kids merchandise; and rendering of ancillary services such as warehousing, marketing, last mile delivery and customer support.
