Firm Matters
BackKhaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to RDC Concrete (India) Ltd (“Issuer”) in relation to the issuance of senior, secured, rated, listed, taxable, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures, for an aggregate amount of up to INR 75 Crores, including a green shoe option, on a private placement basis (“Issue”).
The Issue was secured inter alia by way of pledge over the shares of its promoter Hella Infra Market Ltd and hypothecation over the assets of the Issuer. Further, an additional comfort was given by way of personal guarantees of the promoters. The proceeds of the Issue will be utilized towards working capital requirements of the Issuer.
