Donnelley & Sons Company on its joint venture with Pragati Pack (India) Pvt Ltd for setting up a manufacturing unit in Hyderabad, Telangana for printing and packaging products. R.R. Donnelley is an American integrated communications company that provides marketing and business communications, commercial printing, and related services.
The Firm role included assisting R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company on the structuring of its investment into Pragati RRD Private Limited (JV entity) from an Indian regulatory and tax perspective and advising the client on other India law related aspects in connection with the joint venture with Pragati Pack.
