BackKhaitan & Co acted as deal counsel on the internal reorganisation of HPCL-Mittal Pipelines Ltd and HPCL- Mittal Energy Limited. The scheme of amalgamation of HMPL into HMEL was approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh. The deal team structured, drafted and argued the scheme before the Hon’ble Tribunal, end-to-end.
