BackKhaitan & Co acted as legal advisors to ChrysCapital Advisors LLP (“ChrysCapital”) in relation to acquisition of a significant minority stake in Nash Industries by ChrysCapital.
The Firm assisted ChrysCapital in (i) conducting legal due diligence exercise on Nash; (ii) negotiations and marking up of the transaction documents for ChrysCapital’s investment in Nash; and (iii) closing of the transaction.
