Khaitan & Co advised Becton Dickinson and Company, one of the largest global medical technology companies, in relation to the spin-off of its biosciences and diagnostic solutions business for an ultimate sale to Waters Corporation. This was part of the global spin-off of Becton Dickinson and Company’s biosciences and diagnostic solutions business. 

The Firm acted as deal counsel to Becton Dickinson and Company on this transaction for India.
