Khaitan & Co advised Ashra Pvt Equity Fund (a scheme of Shepherds Hill Pvt Equity Trust) on leading the Series A round in Raina Industries Pvt Ltd.

Raina Industries operates in the fibre and textile reinforced materials technology sector and is engaged in the business of manufacturing glass reinforced concrete facades and street furniture to customers in the construction industry. 

The Firm undertook a legal diligence on Raina Industries Pvt Ltd, and acted for the investor, Ashra Private Equity Fund in negotiating and finalising the transaction documents as well as with the closing of the transaction.
