BackKhaitan & Co advised Menwell Ltd (Voy) on the structuring-related aspects of the transaction from an Indian foreign exchange laws perspective, its 100% acquisition of Earlyfit Health Private Limited by way of a secondary purchase, and the raising of funds through external commercial borrowings.
The Firm (a) advised on the structuring related aspects of the transaction from Indian foreign exchange laws perspective; (b) assisted in the negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents; (c) conducted a legal due diligence on Earlyfit Health Pvt Ltd; and (d) advised on raising of funds by Earlyfit Health Pvt Ltd from Menwell Ltd post-closing by way of external commercial borrowings.
