Haigreve leads the Firm’s Corporate / M&A and Private Equity practices. He is an elected member of the Executive Committee of the Firm, which is responsible for the Firm’s strategic growth and development. He is also one of the co-founders of the Firm’s Mumbai office. He advises companies, boards of directors, promoters and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and other corporate and securities laws matters. His advice is also sought on key estate and succession planning matters by the Firm's private clients.

He has been involved in some of the most high-profile and complex M&A and private equity transactions in India and is sought after for his expertise by some of the most prominent Indian companies, promoters, regulatory agencies as well as some of the largest global funds investing in India. He also advises a range of large Indian conglomerates and multinational clients in various business sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, infrastructure, steel, software and information technology.

Haigreve is on the board of directors of various public listed companies, including Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, CEAT Limited, JSW Steel Limited, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited, Tech Mahindra Limited and Gujarat Borosil Limited.

Advised on acquisition of GlobalLogic, Inc. from WestBridge Capital, New Atlantic Ventures, New Enterprise Associates and Sequoia Capital.

AVTEC Limited

Advised on acquisition of minority stake of AVTEC by Warburg Pincus and exit of Actis from AVTEC.

CESC Limited

Advised the sole power supply company of Kolkata, India for setting up its 2x250 MW Thermal Power Project in Budge situated in the State of West Bengal, India.

Advised on re-financing of all loans in India.
