BackKhaitan & Co acted as Indian legal counsel to the issuer, Vikram Solar Ltd and the promoter selling shareholders namely, Gyanesh Chaudhary and Vikram Capital Management Pvt Ltd in relation to initial public offering of equity shares by Vikram Solar Ltd.
The offer comprises of a fresh issue of INR 15,000.00 million and offer for sale of 17,450,882 equity shares by the selling shareholders, including an offer of 6,000,000 equity shares by Gyanesh Chaudhary, an offer of 1,500,000 by Vikram Capital Management Pvt Ltd and an offer of 9,950,882 equity shares by Anil Chaudhary.
The Vikram Solar IPO was subscribed 54.63 times.
