Khaitan & Co advised Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd, TVS Housing Finance Private Limited, STPL Trading and Services Pvt Ltd, and TVS Credit Services Ltd on consolidation of their financial services business pursuant to a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation among STPL Trading and Services Pvt Ltd, Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd, TVS Housing Finance Pvt Ltd, and TVS Credit Services Ltd, and their respective shareholders, under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
