BackKhaitan & Co advised EFC (I) Ltd on its acquisition of 100% of the equity shareholding of Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Ltd, a company engaged in designing, manufacturing, marketing, retailing and maintaining modular kitchens, modular furniture, storage systems, and home interior and furnishing solutions. The transaction is subject to completion of the conditions stipulated in the definitive documents.
The Firm advised and acted on behalf of EFC (I) Limited, the acquirers in the transaction and was involved in preparing the definitive documents in connection with the transaction.
