Firm Matters
BackKhaitan & Co advised Trimex Foods Pvt Ltd (“Trimex”) and its promoters and existing shareholders, in relation to primary issuance of securities by Trimex to the SG India Delta Holdings, LLC ("Investor"), and secondary purchase of securities by the Investor from the promoters and existing shareholders of Trimex.
Trimex has raised investment of ~USD 40 million from Investor.
Trimex, is involved in the business of setting up, operating and managing restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries and kiosks in the food services and beverages sector for the global brands i.e. Chili’s Grill & Bar, Cinnabon, and PAUL.
The Firm assisted with undertaking a vendor legal due diligence of Trimex, and in drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents.
