BackKhaitan & Co advised The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners Company Ltd (UTEC) in their investment in the Pre-Series B funding round of Aerem Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company engaged in providing full stack solutions focused on commercial and industrial solar projects for medium and small enterprises. The round was led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund and saw participation from multiple existing investors including UTEC.
The firm role included assistance with the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents and other ancillary advise to the company in relation to the transaction.
