Khaitan & Co advised certain promoters of Stylam Industries Ltd (“SIL”) on sale of substantial shareholding in SIL (c. 40%) to Aica Kogyo Company Ltd. The deal inter-alia triggers a mandatory tender offer for an additional 26% stake in SIL 

The Firm advised the members of the promoter and promoter group on structuring, negotiation and documentation for the Proposed Transaction.
