Motilal Oswal's investment in Inox Clean Energy Limited

Khaitan & Co advised Inox Clean Energy Ltd ("Inox") in connection with Inox's fund-raise of up to INR 1,500 crores from Motilal Oswal group vide issuance of compulsorily convertible debentures. The initial INR 1,000 crores has already been deployed. The transaction represents a structured investment in Inox's renewable energy platform and supports the continued growth of Inox’s clean energy portfolio.

The Firm acted as legal counsel to Inox, its promoters and affiliates and advised them on the structuring, drafting, negotiation, finalization and execution of definitive agreements in relation to the transaction.
