BackKhaitan & Co advised ESDS Software Solution Ltd on its Initial Public Offering, comprising a fresh issue aggregating to approximately INR 7,200 million.
ESDS Software Solution Ltd is a Nashik-based, AI-enabled provider of sovereign cloud, data centre infrastructure, managed IT services and software solutions, serving BFSI, government and enterprise customers across India.
This was the first pure-play data centre company to be listed by way of an IPO in India. The IPO was subscribed over 142.88 times overall, including roughly 275 times by QIBs and 220 times by HNIs, and ESDS shares subsequently made a strong listing debut on the stock exchanges.
