Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel the book running lead managers (JM Financial Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd, IIFL Capital Services Ltd, SBI Capital Markets Ltd and 360 ONE WAM Ltd) in connection with initial public offering by Horizon Industrial Parks, which is owned by the Blackstone Group.

The deal is notable for being one of the first industrial parks of such scale to be listed, with the company being India’s largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator.
