BackKhaitan & Co advised JM Financial Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd, ICICI Securities Ltd, SBI Capital Markets Ltd and PL Capital Markets Pvt Ltd as counsel to the book running lead managers in relation to the filing of the draft red herring prospectus by JSW One Platforms Ltd, as part of its bid to undertake an initial public offering of aggregating up to ₹30,540.10 million ($318.62 million) comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders.
