BackKhaitan & Co advised Doms Industries Limited (Buyer) in relation the acquisition of worldwide rights to the ‘Reynolds’ brand and other identified assets, contracts, employees and liabilities from multiple subsidiaries of Newell Brands Inc.
The Firm advised the Buyer throughout the transaction lifecycle, from the term sheet stage and due diligence process to the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the transaction documents.
