BackKhaitan & Co represented Mahyco before the Bombay High Court in securing ad-interim injunctive relief and dismissal of an application to vacate ad-interim injunctive relief against Seamons Seeds in a trademark infringement and passing off suit in respect of the mark “Bahubali”. Following the ad-interim order, raids were conducted across multiple locations in Gujarat and infringing goods were seized.
