Khaitan & Co advised JM Financial (and its clients) on its investment of approximately INR 700 crores in Knowledge Realty Trust (a Blackstone backed REIT) as part of a pre-IPO fund-raising round of INR 1400 crores.

This is India's maiden REIT pre-IPO round.
