Khaitan & Co advised HSquare Sports Pvt Ltd in relation to its investment round led by Sky Impact Capital and Physis Capital. The round also saw participation from, inter alia, Atrium Venture, Mahesh Bhupathi and Gaurav Kapur. The Firm was involved in reviewing, commenting and negotiating the term sheet, the shareholders agreement and the share subscription agreement.
