Vivek Jhunjhunwala is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the Kolkata office. Vivek’s expertise lies in advising clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, including domestic and international arbitration. He regularly appears before the Calcutta High Court, various National Company Law Tibunal (NCLT) all over the country, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) at Delhi and other arbitral tribunals / forums (both institutional (SIAC / GAFTA) and ad-hoc) as well as before the Supreme Court of India.
