Shabbeer Ahmed is a Partner in the Disputes Resolution practice group.

Shabbeer has more than 18 years of experience in advising various multinational and domestic clients on a variety of complex litigation issues and has also been involved by clients in formulating and advising on risk mitigating strategies.

He has represented various clients before the High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Civil and Commercial Courts, Criminal Court, Consumer Forums and Commissions, Arbitration Tribunals, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Labour Courts and other quasi-judicial forums & authorities which include clients from diverse sectors such as IT, banking & finance, projects & infrastructure, real estate etc.

Shabbeer regularly advises and represents various stakeholders in the IBC matters such as Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, Committee of Creditors, Resolution Applicants, Resolution Professionals and Liquidators.
