As the Chief Digital Officer at Khaitan & Company (KCO), Rohit is driving the technology and innovation initiatives within KCO. 

His key objective is to harness cutting-edge technologies to elevate legal service delivery and optimize business operations. He works with the firm's management, cross-functional teams and legal practitioners in driving KCO's digital-first vision.

Rohit's career has been in the technology and legal-tech industry in leadership roles at organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro Technologies, Fidelity Investments & LexisNexis. He has global experience living and working in India, the USA & the UK. His notable achievements include:

  • Established the global Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management practice for Wipro's telecom vertical
  • Spearheaded and managed the delivery of the largest product development outsourcing initiative for Fidelity in India
  • Played a pivotal role in expanding Fidelity's business operations into India via new business development activities
  • Lead the successful launch of LexisNexis legal research products in India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong
  • Co-founded LegitQuest and launched their AI-based legal research product.


Rohit is an alumnus of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Bombay, where he earned a Master's in Technology. He also completed the Executive PG Program in Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata. Rohit is based out of our Delhi-NCR office.
