Renu Gopalakrishnan is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Bengaluru office. Her focus areas are general legal advisory, venture capital investments, domestic and international joint ventures, cross-border and domestic transactional M&A and service level contracting with specific industry experience in the mining and trading sectors.
In the corporate sector, she has advised entrepreneurs on their start up investment and private sector clients on in-bound and outbound acquisition strategies, structuring, negotiating and closing commercial transactions, service level agreements, asset based financing, debt restructuring and litigation management, divestment strategies in multiple jurisdictions including India, Indonesia and the Middle East.
In the hospitality sector, she has advised leading operators in respect of their hotel management contracts, title verification and day to day hotel operational issues. She has also represented owners in respect of hotel.
