Radhika is a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice group at the firm’s Mumbai office, with over a decade of experience in domestic and cross-border civil and commercial disputes. She advises and represents a diverse client base — including foreign portfolio investors, multinational companies, leading Indian conglomerates, banks and financial institutions — across complex international arbitrations, high-value commercial litigation before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and specialised tribunals, and litigation risk advisory in the context of M&A transactions and business transfers.
Alongside her broader disputes practice, Radhika has developed a strong focus on insurance disputes and advisory. She has acted for multinational insurers, leading private insurers, Lloyd's of London brokers, banks, infrastructure companies, and large Indian corporates across the full spectrum of insurance matters.

Radhika Gupta has represented and advised the following clients
Advised a Malaysian subsidiary of one of the largest power companies in South-East Asia on the emergency injunctive reliefs successfully obtained from a SIAC appointed emergency arbitrator against the arbitration proceedings initiated in India by the counterparty. Also represented the client in interim court proceedings in India and obtained interim reliefs in aid of the arbitration proceedings in Singapore
A leading stock exchange in various proceedings before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Mumbai and Special Court constituted for trial of offences pertaining to securities
Advised Compagnie Française d'Assurance pour le Commerce Extérieur in respect of proceedings initiated on behalf of beneficiaries of Credit Insurance Policies in Indian courts including National Company Law Tribunal against defaulting parties for recovery of sums due to the beneficiaries
Advised a leading private life insurance company in respect of a penalty order issued by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India in relation to transfer of its equity shares pursuant to an arrangement entered into by its shareholders
Advised and represented a leading Llyod’s of London Broker in respect of reinsurance claims of its clients against a government owned insurance company
